1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("Player" or "you") who uses the 7u7 Asia platform ("Platform" or "Service"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 7u7 Asia.

7u7 Asia is licensed by an international gaming authority and operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. By using the platform, you confirm that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are using this service of your own free will.

These Terms & Conditions are prepared in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy with a translation in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may register only one account.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

7u7 Asia supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and more than 10 other payment methods. All deposits are credited to your account instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).

• No additional charges are applied for deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–48 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

4Bonuses & Promotions

7u7 Asia regularly offers a variety of bonus promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before accepting any offer.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available for new players. To claim it, a minimum deposit is required after registration. Once the bonus is credited, a wagering requirement (typically 20–30x) must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

Important Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all games — a list of restricted games is available on the offer page.
• Requesting a withdrawal after claiming a bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• There is a set time limit to meet wagering requirements — once expired, the bonus will be automatically removed.

5Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on 7u7 Asia operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely fair and unpredictable.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be voided and any staked amount will be refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs, the game result is saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
• In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.
• RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available on its respective game page.

Any dispute over a game result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. A final decision will be made based on server logs and shall be binding.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7u7 Asia and may result in account termination:

• Multiple Accounts: If any individual is found to have created multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended.
• Bots or Automation: The use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information or using deceptive tactics to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using funds derived from illegal sources or any unlawful activity on the platform.
• Hacking or Manipulation: Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or manipulate game outcomes.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.

8Responsible Gaming

9Account Closure & Termination

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If activity related to money laundering or fraud is detected.

For inactive accounts, an email notice will be sent 30 days in advance. If a balance remains, you will be given the opportunity to make a withdrawal.

10Changes to Terms & Contact

7u7 Asia reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or platform notification.

For significant changes, the update date will be noted at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
